I am embarrassed to give this as a gift.The external is really oil. I have to wash my hand after touching it. And I don’t think it’s safe!No scent and bad qualityI can't find the scent anywhere on the candle, but it is a very interesting smell. Kind of a clean smell. I can't decide if I like the smell or not. The candle burns great though, and the tin that it's in is beautiful.I got this as a gift for my daughter. She says it's nice enough, but that the saying is too cheesy for her to want it displayed anywhere other people would see it.
